There is no formal check-in location, as this is a private door-to-door experience.

How It Works:

• Your driver will arrive at the confirmed pick-up address at the scheduled time.

• Please be ready in the hotel lobby or outside your accommodation 10 minutes before departure.

• For airport pick-ups, the driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall with a name sign.

Failure to provide accurate pick-up details may result in delays or service adjustments.

• This is a private experience — only your group will participate.

• The itinerary is flexible within the contracted 8-hour duration.

• Walking in Évora includes cobblestone streets and uneven surfaces. Comfortable footwear is recommended.

• Entrance fees are not included and are payable on-site.

• Wine tasting visits must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

• Restaurants are not pre-booked unless requested.

• Child seats are available upon prior request.

• Overtime is charged if the service exceeds 8 hours.

• Traffic conditions may affect timing, especially during peak season.

• Guests are responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or no-show: 100% charge.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

• In case of extreme weather or force majeure events affecting safety, the experience may be rescheduled subject to availability.

• Late arrivals reducing the duration of the service do not qualify for refunds.
